I picked up this piece of equipment from Amazon, when it was delivered it was in perfect shape with only a small problem, the wheel on the right side would not hold air. I called the 800 number and they shipped me 2 complete wheels within 3 days. The generator started on the first pull (im 65) with no problem. Great product even better customer support. Thank You! |

I received my generator in a very shot time after ordering it. Witch made me very happy with Powerland. I went to checking it and found that it did not have a 120 volt 30 amp locking receptacle outlet or a switch to go from 120 volt to 120/240. I then really that the control panel was the one for the 6500 watt generator. So for getting it here fast I would give a score 10, for being the one order a 8. I do think it will be a good generator.
